Cooking cooking

Hello everyone! ^^
How are you?

I love cooking and baking, I find it so easy to create something yummy.
I also like reading blogs about cooking.
Do you have your favorite blog with food?
If so, share the address : P

My favorite is Pomarańcza i Imbir (translation: Orange and Ginger)
It's a lovely blog about simple yet delicious food.
Unfortunately this blog is all in Polish...
Well, you can watch the photos at least : P
Oh, and if you find some yummy-looking photo on that blog, write to me about it and I will translate the recipe for you! Ok? : D

Maybe I will also start writing a blog with my cooking? Who knows~ ^3^
But I TOTALLY have no idea how should I name it... Dominika's Cooking? Dominikasaurus Rules The Kitchen? Haha, no idea, HELP ME : P

I'm waiting for your comments~!

See you later alligator! : 3

Make a wish!

Hello everyone!

As you now, today is 11.11.2011 (Independence Day in Poland and unofficial 'make a wish' day : P)
Wow, amazing date, isn't it? : P

I don't really believe in such things, but lately I was thinking 'why not make a wish?'.
So I wish to be always healthy and happy (same for my family and friends!).
And I want to have a cute boyfriend like...
Hm... Maybe like Mark Reynolds from Terra Nova? : P Haha, I love this character.

And of course I forgot to make a wish at 11:11... -__- : P

What's your wish? : )

Yesterday I watched Jurassic Park and level of my happiness reached almost maximum.
I love Jurassic Park and dinosaurs since I was little <3
I always wanted to be a paleontologist.

Did I mention that I am in K-pop Singing Class? Well, yes I am : P
And 3 or something weeks ago reporters from Korea visited us and wrote an article about Polish kpop fans.

I am in the picture below (blonde girl wearing a black/white checkered shirt. I look terrible, but oh well... xD)

You can read full article here:

It's cold. Really.

Hello my little pumpkins! : P

It's so cold outside! But I like it, hehe : P

Several days ago I went to an anime convention (with my sister and friends).
Well, I thought it's gonna be ultra fun, but it was boring a little : /
I participated in the karaoke contest and surprisingly - I won, haha : D
I sang Japanese version of "Lonely" by 2NE1.
I don't have any photos from that convent, unfortunately...

BUT! I have pictures of my ultra super delicious homemade hamburger : P

Om nom nom~! <3

Small update

Hello everyone!

Uh, so many things happened recently...
The most important one is that I have a gap year.
And maybe from next October I will start studying something else, not Japanese.
It wasn't really my own decision, I had some difficulties with program etc.
Now, after several days of total depression, I think that maybe studying Japanese is not really my thing?
I have to think about it : P

Anyways, I have some pictures for you!
My friends went to Korea recently, they just came back and I received present from them ^^

1. Lovely organizer <3

2. Pen, Tony Moly Floria Flower Energy Foam Cleanser samples, Tony Moly Tint (which I asked them to buy for me). Everything packed in a cute bag with bear <3

Girls, thank you so much~!!! I love it~!! *3*

Dreamstage Korea: Poland!

Hello everyone~!!!
How are you?

Polish K-pop fans joined project called "Dreamstage Korea: Global Auditions", and today we had our first K-pop flashmob ever (in Warsaw, of course).

And look! Korean website wrote small article about Polish flashmob, this is just amazing~!

"

Fans were dancing and singing to Korean songs, such as "Bonamana" by Super Junior, "Replay" by SHINee and "Gee" by SNSD and many MANY others :)

Everyone gathered next to Palace of the Culture and Science in center of Warsaw, which is one of the most famous buildings in Poland.

Weather was awful, but I had to be there :)

This is so cute:

Photos from my Korean Cooking Class

Hello everyone! :D

Some time ago I promised that I will upload photos from my Korean Cooking Class.
Here they are! :D

1. GYEOJACHE. It was very tasty (and spicy <3) and easy to prepare. As you can see gyeojache is so colorful! It makes this dish even more enjoyable :D

2. DEOKBOKKI. This one is spicy as well! Rice "noodles", fish cakes, eggs and red paprika paste makes wonderful combination! Ah, I'm hungry now! *3*

3. OISEON. Another name: King's dish ;D It's because in older times oieseon has been prepared for the kings, and it had to be perfect!
I must say that preparing oieseon was quite difficult, but very fun :)

4. NAKJI BOKKEUM. I don't have problem with eating any kind of sea food, so this spectacular dish with little octopuses wasn't a problem for me. But I know that some people may have little difficulties with eating baby octopuses in hot, spicy red paprika paste ;D For me it was delicious!

5. KALBI CHIM. Omo! This is one of the most delicious things I have ever ate!
Kalbi (it means "ribs") with tasty sauce are like heaven in mouth, om nom nom!
In the background you can see muffins baked by one of our classmate, they were good as well ^^

I have many more photos of delicious Korean food prepared by our class, you can see them on my facebook :P

See you later friends!
Ah, I have to eat something, haha ;D
